Alex Csiernik

holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in teaching. She is the Head Coach & Cheerleading Director at Jaycie Phelps Athletic Center whose teams have winners of multiple regional events. Prior to this, Alexandra was Head Coach at Hamilton Southeastern High School for two years, winning the 2019 Varsity A State Championship. As an athlete, Alex first cheered at Greenwood High School and Speed Athletics. She cheered for four years at Indiana University [IU] on the Crimson All Girl Squad, winning the first two UCA College National Championship titles in school history in 2012 and 2013. Alex can provide support with developing training programs and in motivating young athletes.

MS, LAT, ATC, CES – Athletic Trainer – Alex joined the Hancock Regional Staff in the fall of 2021 as a full-time athletic trainer at Mt. Vernon High School. He was previously employed by Methodist Sports Medicine from 2018-2021 fulfilling the same role. From 2016-2018 Alex was an assistant athletic trainer at Lagrange College, a Division III Institution in LaGrange, GA. While completing his Master’s Degree, he was a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Indiana State University working primarily with the women’s basketball team. Alex can provide support with injury recovery as well as in health and fitness planning.

Jen Fleming RMT is a massage therapist in Hamilton Ontario in practice for 14 years. In more recent years she has focused her work on Trauma-Informed Care in massage therapy settings. She has written articles for the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario publication Massage Therapy Today and lead webinars for RMTs on boundaries, the therapeutic relationship, Trauma-Informed Care and Sexual Harassment in the Treatment Room. She has completed the Trauma Certificate through Wilfrid Laurier University.
